Enjoy a specially curated course featuring the finest A5-grade halal wagyu beef, prepared without any alcohol or pork. This menu closely follows the signature Note Course while maintaining strict ingredient standards. Only top-quality, premium-grade ingredients are used. Please note: while all ingredients are halal-friendly, full halal compliance of utensils and serving ware cannot be guaranteed.
The restaurant is run by former MIchelin Star cook and all the chef who prepare your food in the counter are friendly. Their attention to details in preparing the foods and craftsmanship is definitely praiseworthy.
